A mixed-use, urban complex located along the Las Vegas Strip, MGM CityCenter is a collection of spectacular hotels and residences, sensational spas, astonishing dining venues and extraordinary shopping opportunities. Started by MGM Resorts International and done in partnership with Dubai World during the construction phase, MGM CityCenter is the largest privately funded construction project ever in the United States. The project also is connected by a people mover system that takes them to the adjacent Monte Carlo and Bellagio Las Vegas. PANORAMA TOWER AND THE MARTIN The high-rise residential condominium complex of Panorama Towers is within walking distance from CityCenter. Officially, the Panorama Towers name refers to two buildings at 4525 and 4575 Dean Martin, since the third building (once Panorama Tower North) has been rebranded The Martin. Developed by Laurence Hallier and Andrew Sasson, the $600-million aqua-blue glass towers helped usher in a wave of luxury residential units in the Las Vegas Valley. When Tower I in 2006, it was the 16th tallest in Las Vegas Valley and is currently ranked 35th along with the Marriott’s Grand Chateau.
