Having made its way to the West Coast, Carlos’n Charlie’s is located in the Flamingo Las Vegas and making its mark on Sin City. Full of fiesta that makes it world famoso, this Mexican food chain occupies 8,000 square feet next to the Race & Sports Book at the resort. Open for lunch and dinner, Carlos’n Charlie’s has an outdoor terrace overlooking the Flamingo pool and gardens fitted with oversized umbrellas and cooling misters throughout the patio and bar area to keep the heat off of guests during the summer.
