Chef Ducasse’s first Las Vegas venture, miX sits on the 64th floor of Delano Las Vegas and offers unparalleled views that extend from the Strip to the mountain horizon. The dazzling white monochrome dining room is punctuated with vibrant red accents to create a clean backdrop for the mesmerizing 15,000-piece “Champagne bubble” chandelier. The highly seasonal kitchen constructs dishes that meld international ingredients with an incomparable French flair, which diners may complement with vintages chosen from a 5,000-bottle wine cellar.
