Turnberry Towers

TURNBERRY PLACE LAS VEGAS One of the area’s most luxurious and desirable high-rise condominium projects, Turnberry Place Las Vegas consists of four 38-story towers behind a 24-hour guard-gated entry just one block from the Las Vegas Strip. The exclusive and private development features 780 units, many of which have private elevator lobbies and separate service entrances. At the center of the community is the exclusive, members-only $40-million Sterling Club, which offers a number of unique amenities. TURNBERRY TOWERS Just north of the convention center, Turnberry Towers has east and west towers that were completed in 2007. Combined, the 45-floor towers offer 636 units. Designed by architect Robert M. Swedroe, the buildings are tied as the 20th tallest in Las Vegas.
