Casa de Shenandoah

Casa de Shenandoah is the former estate of longtime Las Vegas icon Wayne Newton. Due to the 71-year-old’s financial problems for nearly 20 years, the home, which he shared with his family for 45 years, was bought by a development company years ago in attempt to rescue him from bankruptcy. While plans included turning the estate into a Graceland-like museum, it never came to pass.
